To convert PDF to Excel, there are two options:
Retain value without formatting: This option allows you to save the original text, numbers in PDF tables to Excel cells after converting PDF to Excel, without preserving the original formatting. After conversion, you can edit text or perform calculation of numbers as values in PDF tables easily.
Retain original formatting of forms: This option allows you to preserve text, numbers and formatting in the original PDF file. This option is not suitable for some un-regular PDF tables, as there might be some positioning error that may affect the usual calculation after conversion.
To convert PDF to HTML and EPUB, there are two similar options:
Text and images to HTML (EPUB): This option will convert the text and images of the original PDF file to HTML (EPUB) format. Users can copy the text or save the images from the converted files.
Each page as images to HTML (EPUB): This option will convert each page of PDF file as a whole image. The converted files look the same as the PDF, but users cannot copy the text or save the images in the file.
What’s more, you can click the More button to get more options to customize the exported HTML or EPUB document.
Note: After converting PDF to HTML, a multi-page PDF file is converted to multiple single HTML pages within a separate folder, with convenient navigation and page index bar on each page.
